Please ask advice as to the minimum sizes of sample required in order that tests are representative.

Please ensure that samples delivered to the laboratory for testing are clearly labelled, sealed and protected.

Samples and remnants will be held for a minimum of 21 days from the date of issue of the report unless otherwise instructed.

Charges will be levied for samples that are received from customers who do not require any laboratory testing. Storage charges will be imposed after 21 days.

The laboratory must be notified of any potentially hazardous samples. We reserve the right not to test until a full analysis has been carried out and a risk assessment provided to the laboratory by the customer.
